The Team is headed by John Ryan well known on Heathrow Airport as the “ The Lufthansa Dangerous Goods Trainer� anyone who has taken Dangerous goods training with Lufthansa will know this is the most comprehensive training available in Europe today.

John is accredited by both the CAA and the German LBA for delivery of Dangerous Goods training and is accredited by the CAA for delivery of Aviation Security training.

This year marks Johns, 34th anniversary in Aviation, 31 years of which have been spent in the Cargo side of the industry.

The practical experience gained during this time, plus the actual time spent teaching Lufthansa, Agency, and other Airline staff, has provided John with an immense wealth of examples and knowledge.

This in-depth knowledge and understanding provides a strong platform for courses which have become widely recognized as being at the forefront of the aviation industry.

John also acts as a consultant Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor to many Freight Forwarders and commercial shippers. Please feel free to contact John personally to discuss your company’s legal and training requirements

Gary Botwright - Training Consultant

Gary has over 20 Years experience in manual
handling and equipment training and use.

In addition to the “Normal� Forklifts, such as Counter Balance and Reach truck, Gary can also instruct in Step loaders, and specialized “Narrow Aisle� and other lift equipment. Courses Covered: , H & S,
Warehousing, Loading, and ULD Build-up.
DGSA support is also available.

Robert Chillingworth,  Training Consultant

Robert has over 35 years experience in the
Physical side of Air Cargo, almost all of this as a
Supervisor with Lufthansa. Bob retired in 1998, but still supports the “Old Firm� Lufthansa Cargo in Germany

Courses Covered: DfT Level 4, H & S,
Warehousing, Loading, and ULD Build-up.

Ray Tripp, Training Consultant

Ray has been almost out on his own, in terms of provision of training in matters related to H.M. Customs. The Basic course that he has produced, is recognized as the industry leader in the area of Customs Entries, and use of the Tariff manuals.
